You can say that Accsoon is the Chinese company that democratized wireless video streaming with the highly affordable CineEye 1080p streamer in 2019. Today, the iOS app for SeeMo, Accsoon SEE, received a major update that brings many improvements and new features. Let’s take a look at the details.
Updated Accsoon SeeMo App
In addition to offering a variety of monitoring tools, the Accsoon SEE app can also stream HD video feeds directly from the camera to popular streaming platforms like YouTube via a cellular network or WiFi connection. Last but not least, the app can also record an HD H.264 video that can be used for quick sharing or as a backup to the main footage on the camera.
Based on user feedback, Accsoon has included the following updates in the new version of the app:
- The position of the main controls has been relocated from the bottom of the screen to the top. With this change, it should be easier to configure all the settings and prevent the possibility of accidentally exiting the app on iOS.
- Audio monitoring has been improved with a new interface and the ability to choose which sound channel you want to monitor.
- The status of your Apple device’s internal battery is now displayed on the screen so you can keep an eye on it at all times.
- Various minor bug fixes have been made for smoother operation.
The app is now available for download from the App Store. The good news is that Accsoon says that the company is committed to the continued development of SeeMo, so there could be more firmware or app updates planned in the future.

Accsoon SeeMo is currently available for $179 (around €162 plus VAT in Europe) and includes a 1/4″-20 to cold shoe adapter, right angle lighting to USB-C cable, and a right angle USB-C cable . The Accsoon SEE app is available free of charge.
