Can you connect a bluetooth mouse to your iPhone14?

1) I need to know if you can connect a Magic Mouse 2 or other Bluetooth mouse to an iPhone 14 and use the same pointer you see in iPadOS. I remember that this is possible in iOS 13 but I have no idea if there is a way in iOS 16.

2) Also, while I’m here, I’d like to ask if when you record screen (with mic enabled) on your iPhone 14, if you receive a phone call, does the screen recording get interrupted or not?
